Tuition and Fees
St. Linus School strives to foster a positive relationship between each student and their faith while providing an academically competitive learning environment. We offer many extracurricular activities such as Academic Decathlon, Athletics, and Performance Arts. Many of our Alumni have chosen to enroll their children here at St. Linus. We hope that all our families have the best possible experience and are satisfied with the education and faith experience we provide.
Tuition provides the funds needed to employ and retain qualified teachers, purchase learning materials, and sustain a robust academic program. It is also used to maintain classrooms, our new and state-of-the-art STEM Lab and technology, as well as essential expenses, creating a safe and effective learning environment for all St. Linus students.
Adequate funding helps the school maintain manageable class sizes, which means students get more attention and better support from teachers. We offer two payment options to pay tuition. Our first option is monthly automatic payments facilitated by a third-party company, FACTS online. Enrolling in a FACTS tuition payment plan allows you to select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below are offered by St. Linus School.

Financial Aid is available through the Catholic Education Foundation. Qualifying families can receive assistance with up to 50% of tuition, based on income guidelines. Stop by the school office to receive and application and instructions on how to apply.

This fee includes: CA preschool licensing fees, insurance, administrative costs, health fees, audio/health screenings, academic records and transcripts, student accident insurance, DCS annual fee, etc.

ANNUAL DAYCARE RATES
(to be Paid in Full, or be billed monthly with Tuition through FACTS)
Morning and Afternoon Daycare are offered at St. Linus School.
- Morning Daycare begins at 6:30 AM and concludes at 7:30 AM.
- Afternoon Daycare is offered from 2:45 PM to 5:50 PM.
Daily “Drop-in” Fee for Morning Daycare is $10. Students not picked up by 3:00 PM are sent to daycare and the family will be billed depending on how long the child/children stay (0-30 min, 31-60 min, 60 min or more).

SERVICE HOURS
REQUIRED Parish Fiesta Hours: 9 service hours are REQUIRED FOR ALL FAMILIES during the October Parish Fiesta. There is a $30 per hour penalty for not completing Parish Fiesta hours ($270 max). If a family chooses to go above and beyond the 9 required hours, they may only receive an additional 6 hours towards their School Service Hour commitment. REQUIRED Parish/Church Hours: 6 service hours are REQUIRED FOR ALL FAMILIES for the school year.
OPTIONAL School Service Hours: Families who choose to commit to service hours must complete 30 School Service Hours, beginning in May and concluding in April. You will be billed for unfulfilled hours in May at a rate of $25 per hour. Fiesta hours are not included in the 30 hour total.
COMMUNITY BUILDING & FELLOWSHIP
Each family is required to commit $600 towards participation in community building & fellowship and $200 towards tickets to 2 Raffles. This is fulfilled through participation of two school sponsored events and ticket raffles in the Fall and Spring.
NOTICE TO FAMILIES OF GRADUATING 8TH GRADE STUDENTS:
Families of graduating 8th grade students must have a zero balance on their family account by May 1. If there is an outstanding balance after May 1, students may not be allowed to participate in 8th grade activities, privileges, field trips, and graduation events. Report cards and diplomas will be withheld until accounts are paid in full, and prospective high schools will be notified of the family’s unpaid balance.
**$400 Referral Credit for current families who refer a new family
**All school families are strongly encouraged to make St. Linus their home parish and contribute a minimum of $300 annually using weekly parish offering envelopes.
